Register as a HART Vendor

Thank you for your interest in doing business with Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART)!

Using the Vendor Compliance System, the registration process takes only a couple of minutes. After registering your company, you will automatically be logged into the system and directed to complete our Vendor Application.

All firms interested in doing business with HART are encouraged to complete our Vendor Application and attach a completed W-9 or W-8 IRS form, as applicable. Benefits of registration include the ability to receive notification of upcoming procurement opportunities.

HART Vendors are welcome to view procurement opportunities on a regular basis.

Please note, in order to be eligible to participate in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program, your firm must be certified pursuant to United States Department of Transportation (US DOT) regulations found in 49 Code of Federal Regulation, Part 26.

After creating an account, you will be directed to the Procurement Operations Vendor Application. If you login to an existing account, click "Submit Vendor Application" to the right of the "Dashboard". For technical assistance while completing the application, please use our online support form.
